T. Robert Lee has been with the firm since May, 2006, both as a law clerk and as an attorney.  Robert also served as a clerk in the Third District Court of Utah and, prior to law school, spent several years in the private sector developing business and administrative experience.

Robert attended law school at the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law where he served as editor of the Penn State Law Review.  Robert’s research, writing, and communication skills have helped him thrive in a variety of practice areas, including state and federal commercial litigation, administrative law, appellate practice, estate planning, banking law and formation, and business and employment law.  However, Robert’s outside experience prior to law school, as well as his acute attention to detail, have enabled him to develop a strong emphasis in business and employment law, including business formation, business and sales contracts, internal business agreements, business litigation, and complex business transactions.
