Mr. Weber joined Heideman, McKay, Heugly, L.L.C. after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2008. He works with the Firm’s commercial practice group. Prior to law school, Mr. Weber graduated from Brigham Young University in Russian and Business Management.
During law school, he served as an Associate Editor and Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review. In 2006, Mr. Weber worked as a summer law clerk at the law firm of Fillmore Spencer, L.L.C. in Provo, Utah and for the General Counsel of the Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2007, he clerked for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho.
Mr. Weber is actively involved in his community, where he is an advisor with the Boy Scouts of America and serves as member of the Planning Commission for the City of Cedar Hills.
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he and his wife, McKenzie Edgington of Orem, Utah, reside in Cedar Hills with their children Riley, Jackson, Kate, and Kennedy.
